Tuff break man. Great work though. Any idea how heavy the hood is? Thought I'd ask since I'm drag racing a 96 ZR440. Less weight=more speed B)

This will be the 2nd winter in a row without riding the ZR. I have not weighed the hood. It does feel heavier than stock with the hand laid fiberglass method I used. Unfortunately this is the heaviest way to make a part.

Not yet, but it looks like I need them doesn't it. Right now it is more of a warm weather machine the exact opposite of what you want in WINTER. Better be 32+ out or I am going to be freezing. when I rode with that windshield in years past with my lower stock seat there was a ton of wind in my face, and neck. Now with my new high rise seat it is going to be bad without some additional protection.

Good setup for a spring sled run! Those are always fun. We went out yesterday (March 31st)...trails were really good and it was sunny and 44 degrees!

Our trails suck right now and it's too warm to keep the engine cool! Posted Image Posted Image

Well with the way it has been raining I might have to Gorilla tape all the seams, and turn her into a jet ski. Hope you have been staying cool so far with some cold drinks this summer.

That is why we are supposed to be fishing.....! Hasn't happened yet I know.... Found out Sunday that "Vince" was let go as a business decision....

Soooooo, our fishing time will be even MORE SELECTIVE to pinpoint a day where we both can go.....

It's a bit cooler lately. I had 44 degrees yesterday morning. I can smell snow coming soon!

Fishing.........................hmmmmmmmmm. Been a few years. Most any weekend I have off but I have been using all free time on repairing the house from the garage fire. Getting the new siding on the house now. Got the roof repaired last month. Too much on my plate.
