Can anyone say "El-Niño?"

The weather and precipitation patterns from the central Pacific region all the way across the North American Continent points DIRECTLY at one nestling in on us for the season....... Sure hope like heck I'm wrong, just seen too many of these in past to NOT recognize the obvious n

We are in the midst of getting hit here. We got about a foot yesterday/lastnight and are due for 8+ more today. But it's a very odd storm since just 30 miles south, they got very little. Hope this season turns out to be like last season..... for everyone !

I hope you are wrong too and I have seen weather systems travel eastward and split in two and go around us.

Was just watching news and seen massive storm tearing California and other coastal states apart like wet paper....

This pattern is following in foot steps of the 1997/98 riding season.

We got about a half an inch last night of wet snow but with the recent rain an 45 degree temps, not sure if it will stick around. The ground has thawed out. You can still see the ground but if it would get down into the 20's I believe it would provide us we a semi-good base. Hope we get some ride-able snow by next weekend.

No snow just mild wet weather for the coast of Maine. In the woods it is wicked soft especially for logging equipment.
